Golden Girl Boutique Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Golden Girl pieces! 💖 If you need to make a return, here’s how it works:

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • After 14 days, we are unable to accept items back.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

  • To request a return, please email goldengirlpj@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return items to us.
  • Items must be shipped back within the 14-day window to be eligible.
  • We do not provide prepaid labels, and we do not cover return shipping fees.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

  • Permanent jewelry
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
